Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• The product should be free from damage, stains, or alterations
Returns will not be accepted for:
• Used or washed products
• Products damaged due to improper handling
• Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team with:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Refunds may be partially or fully denied if the returned product does not meet eligibility conditions.
If you receive a damaged or defective bedsheet:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear images of the issue
We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect
